Meet Your Trainers

Brealon Ashworth

Brealon has been in the strength world since his sophomore year of college where he fell in love with strength sports. He attained a B.S. in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University and a USA Weightlifting certification during his time in college. Brealon currently lifts with the powerlifting and olympic weightlifting team and plans on competing regularly.

Nathan Long

Nathan holds a lifelong passion for sports and is a lifelong athlete. After having suffered and ACL tear himself, he became focused on rehabilitation and training that could prevent major injuries. While also a trainer, he focuses more on the business side and making sure to give Spark Members the best service possible.

Kyle Rhodes

Kyle developed a love for fitness when he started college. After a shoulder injury in high school, he wanted to learn how to move well while rehabilitating. While he focused on training for mud runs at first, he soon realized building strength was something he wanted to focus on and got his USA Weightlifting certification so he could begin coaching. Spark excites him because it allows him to help clients build healthy bodies that move well.

Patti Snyder

Patti joined Spark as a client in 2018. Coming from the Crossfit world, she was looking for something different – something that wasn’t competitive, but would also push her to be better. In April 2021 she joined on as a coach. She says Spark has held her heart since day one because it’s a place she feels comfortable to admit she’s struggling and knows everyone will celebrate her successes with her. She can’t wait to do the same for you.
