You deserve a trainer.
Trainers are more than simply coaches. They’re guides who have gone where you are wanting to go and have the knowledge and desire to help you get there.
Most fitness coaches have only taken a short weekend course.
Each one of our trainers has advanced professional certifications and years of training. That’s what makes us different.
Whether you’re a student-athlete looking to reach the next level, a mom wanting to get back in shape, or a seasoned body builder, we’ve got the experience, knowledge, and education to help you reach your goals.
We’re not just about picking up things and putting them back down. We’re here to teach you the proper mechanics of strength training so you can avoid injury and get the most out of your workouts.

Kyle developed a love for fitness when he started college. After a shoulder injury in high school, he wanted to learn how to move well while rehabilitating. While he focused on training for mud runs at first, he soon realized building strength was something he wanted to focus on and got his USA Weightlifting certification so he could begin coaching. Spark excites him because it allows him to help clients build healthy bodies that move well.
Donna was a certified group fitness instructor and lead group trainings for beginners in sprint triathlons. Donna joined Spark in July of 2019 as a client, looking for strength training that would push her beyond her comfort zone and wanted to learn more about strength training than what is taught in group fitness classes and commercial gyms. In February 2020, Donna joined Spark as a coach. Her personal training routines are centered around mountain biking, endurance events, and strength training. She enjoys helping clients realize they are capable of more than they think they are and helping them feel comfortable in a gym setting.
