Come join us for our rookie program. This twice a week class is for kids under the age of 12 to come out and learn the fundamentals of athletic movement to build on as they get older.


Class Times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm

Classes last approximately 30-45 minutes

Body Control: It may sound simple, but learning how to control your body in different positions is a huge factor in athletic performance. This reduces instability and prevents muscle imbalances later in life.

Speed and Agility: Ready to get faster? Improve your speed, change of direction, and agility.

Strength Basics: While we don't believe in making kids at this age lift heavy weight, we do believe in learning basic movements and developing proper motor patterns.

Conditioning: Not only are the kids in this program learning valuable skills, they are also getting in shape and developing stamina for their sport!

Having Fun: No kid wants to do anything that isn't fun for them at this age. This is why we developed a group class with other kids their age who will push each other to be better but also just have fun.
